Operational Head

1. Directs & oversees all aspect of Operations Team in managing the platform content quality & customer experiences. 
2. Cover responsibility of overall process & performance for the whole team. 
3. Translating strategic plans into defined operational plans, collaborate with other departments for any improvement, and set performance management KPIs to measure operational success.
4. Lead, mentoring & develop team by coaching & setup people development programs
5. Evaluate overall performance by collaboration with other department through analysis & identify opportunities to improve performance..
6. Responsible for overall property category management, drafting business process by integrating functional strategies, utilizing business expertise to reach financial and operational objectives in new vertical business of OYO Rooms Indonesia. 
7. Developed plans for managing/retaining customers to actively use OYO Apps. And support customer in operations, improve the business & promotion strategy by cordinating with all related internal department.
8. Set performance & operational standards to give excellence service to customers and exceeds revenue target.
