Job description



•     End to end recruitment: Sourcing, screening, scoping, employment documents validation and offer discussion and on boarding new employees.

•     Lateral Hiring: Identifying right candidates with the required skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job description.

•     Short listing the profiles sourced through different sourcing channels and coordinating entire interview process.

•     Should have hands on experience on using all the hiring portals, social media channels to reach out to the prospective global candidates.

•     Conducting HR round based on the competencies identified for the role and sharing the detailed feedback with the hiring manager.

•     Sharing the interview feedback to all the candidates promptly

•     Employment documents validation, offer discussion and extending the offer letter as per company standards.

•     Ensuring candidate engagement and joining of the prospective candidates.

•     Preparing daily, weekly and monthly hiring reports.


Required Skills:


  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in international recruitments
  •  Fluent in communication and ability to manage situations
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrates high ethical values
