Head of Supply Infrastructure

OYO needs you if you want to:

  • Own and set up systems and processes around property onboarding deliverables covering the sign to soft live and hard live cycle
  • Own and optimize the capex element of deal signing activity and ensuring its impact on the returns generated by increasing EBITDA and Contribution Margin
  • Continually improve the infrastructure and branding spend bundle configuration to achieve higher RevPAR and contribution margin impact
  • Own details of all property specs during the transition between business development and operations by driving supply infra analytics, and using it to impact EBITDA margin to extract maximum value
  • Establish OYO operating rigor and coach/ guide the team’s adherence on operating culture
  • Spearhead Rigorous performance management of all the central and field manpower involved in supply infrastructure directly and indirectly through precise KRAs/ KPIs/ OKR and incentives around it and monitoring the same
  • Drive autonomous, data-driven decisions and executing process improvement initiatives around supply infra
  • Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders (Finance, Tech, Revenue, Ops) for impactful infra launch and transformation for execution of property transformation and launch
  • Driving audits of identified potential properties against predetermined standards 
  • Planning for optimal inventory and delivery timelines of goods and services for launching properties
  • Introduce new tools and innovation regularly to make supply infrastructure more impactful
  • Building and mentoring a world-class team that delivers for supply infrastructure


OYO need you because you have:

  • You will have extensive experience within the hospitality arena with a strong knowledge of hotel operations and revenue generation 
  • Previous experience within a Franchise hotel operation would be highly desirable
  • Team handling experience with proven record of building / mentoring teams
  • Service mindset towards the Regional Teams
  • Process oriented, self driven and ready to take new initiatives
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail
  • Excellent Problem solving approach
