  • Lead Generation through online channels
  • Writing Drafts of documents for internal communications as well as for clients
  • Assisting with the planning of internal and external events
  • Preparing/mailing marketing materials for clients
  • Identifying clients for BTL activities
  • Assist sales team handle customer enquiry and provide related response in timely order.
  • Ensure customers’ orders/ requirement are processed efficiently
  • Understand customer enquiry & source dynamically based on the requirements.
  • Build and maintain solid customer relations that protect or expand company's Installed base
  • Actively collaborate with field sales and others to ensure seamless account coverage.
  • To make Power Hour calls to customer at all time during scheduled call period
  • To ensure timely distribution and accurate quotations, qualify opportunity, upsell/cross-sell and follow-up to close deals.


  • Candidate  must possess minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 to 5 Years of Experience
  • Prior experience in hotel sales/banquet sales/corporate sales in hotel industry is an added advantage
  • Driven networking and analytical ability
  • Good communicxation and written skills in both English  and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to Communicated with all Level of people
