2.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help articulate the Organization priorities and track progress against whole Vietnam 
  • Lead special projects which are highly entrepreneurial and deliver tangible work
  • Act as point-person for the Head of Demand to track progress, follow up with functions/departments across Organization, and report to Country Heads;
  • Help driving the daily execution/ daily focus & SOP of Demand Team
  • Assist Head of Demand in his training/ coaching to Team members
  • Prepare Memos, presentations, communication, company updates as required for the broader stakeholders in the Organisation
  • Be part of key meetings to gather the pulse of the company - prepare background notes, run the meetings to a defined agenda, and follow-up on action items
  • Coordinate and execute organization-wide initiatives
  • This role will be a precursor to several long-term exciting opportunities within the organization

 

3.  SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 2 – 3 years of work experience
  • Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategy, FMCG, Entrepreneur, Tech and similar firms/roles
  • Proficient English
  • Good communication, multitasked & well-arrangement
  • Be available for online working out of business hours
