- P&L focused - can run the MM like a full-fledged business and grow it exponentially. Typical MM

a business of 50 L - 1 Cr per month, which will grow 8-10 times in a year

- Ability to take and drive decisions across offline demand, Supply, Cx with the right balance

- Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 7-8 people

- Data focused decision making, good with setting up MIS/review processes, ability to use analytics for nuanced decision making

- Ability to network with hotel owners, corporates and open structured channels of demand

- Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels

- Negotiation and deal closing abilities



- Successfully negotiated partnerships as part of business development deals.

- Handled P & L

- Sales background

- Prior experience managing cross-functional teams.

- Prior experience across multiple geographies.

- Has effectively managed a large team in the past and has objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring
