Learning and Development Manager - Digital Learning and Communications

OYO needs you if you want to:

  • Create and curate online learning, knowledge management and communications content including OYOs Wiki, blended learning solutions, elearning, micro learning, regular communications and ‘just in time’ interventions.
  • Manage the Learning Platform and curate and author content to ensure fast, effective and sustainable adoption.
  • Provide specialist digital learning expertise to inform and design of a broad syllabus of interventions supporting OYO’s growth and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate learning opportunities effectively, seeking regular feedback to ensure performance improvement and delighted colleagues.
  • Support the creation and delivery of internal communications and regular business updates.

 

OYO need you because you have:

  • Managed multiple projects and balanced competing  changing priorities / delivering the highest value to the largest possible audience.
  • Landed in a new business environment and quickly figured-out what makes things tick, including products & services, systems, processes and how they support customers and employees.
  • Created a culture of continuous learning using ‘best practice’ methods and cutting edge interactive design.
  • Analysed and assimilated data, creating regular reports to drive decision making.
