VP of I&E (Infrastructure and Experience)

OYO needs you if you want to:

  • Manage a large team of Experience Managers, who work on the ground to ensure OYO standards are met and deliver Partner and Guest satisfaction
  • Ensure OYO standards are quickly established in OYO properties and maintained thereafter
  • Establish scalable solutions for systemic Partner and Guest issues
  • Establish scalable solutions for reactive handling of adhoc Partner and Guest issues
  • Manage a Central team, who work to enable the ground team through recruitment, training, performance management, tools and processes, and data processing and communication
  • Use data effectively to communicate progress/roadblocks, make decisions and drive results
  • Take ownership of the application of OYO standards, and Partner and Guest satisfaction
  • Form part of the U.K. leadership team, collaborating to define and execute the overall strategy

  • A proven track record of applying company standards to a fragmented supply base/product
  • A proven track record of using data, technology and talent to drive nationwide results
  • A proven track record of building and leading a large nationwide team
  •  Extensive experience of high growth business, alongside a track record of precise and value-added execution and delivery
  • Extensive experience of being part of senior management, and contributing to the overall strategy and progress of the larger business
