Head of Infrastructure and Experience - Birmingham

 

OYO needs you if you want to:

  • Lead team of Infrastructure and Experience managers in your hub region  to become a trusted partner of OYO hotels, developing close relations with hotel owners and ensuring that hotel partners meet the infrastructure, design and compliance standards of OYO UK
  • Take full ownership of the infrastructure processes and guest experience in an OYO hotels by ensuring your team excels and
  • Ensure that hotels meet OYO standards through regular audits, investigations, training and  audits and photos are stored correctly onto company database
  • Ensure that hotel information is displayed correctly on all online channels 
  • Conduct regular reviews with hotel owners and staff, collaborating to further improve the customer experience 
  • Ensure that OYO’s technology is deployed effectively in hotels
  • Develop a deep understanding of OYO’s technology and different products 
  • Understand local needs and issues, and communicate accurately to technology team. Collaborate with technology team to develop new products and features where necessary 
  • Ensure that revenue opportunities are maximised for hotels
  • Ensure that OYO is aware of key facts regarding room availability  
  • Collaborate with broader team to ensure that the UK business succeeds, and becomes an “employer-of-choice” for the best talent in the market.
  • Ensure that OYO properties meet UK compliance, planning and building regulations standards when launched
  • Ensure that the Infrastructure team communicate effectively with hotel owners throughout the transformation process, thus driving customer engagement and delight
  • To identify and report any challenges that could impact the project timeline and to implement contingency and recovery plans as required
  • Ensure all projects are completed to the agreed budget, with strong cost control throughout
  • Forge and maintain strong wider working relationships with other stakeholders and members of the regional teams and central teams
  • Ensure effective reporting of team KPI’s

OYO need you because you have:

  • Experience handling large team in a high growth environment
  • Clear track record of success in operations and customer service with a strategic view point to drive improvements alongside the VP of Infrastructure and Experience 
  • Operations Technology background
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Strong work ethic 
  • Previous experience in a high growth business – tech-enabled and B2B is preferable but not essential
  • Start-up experience is preferable but not essential
