VN-Marketing Executive-HCM

- Cooperate with local & global planning team to make sure marketing activities which impact to sales performance are well updated to planning team in due time.

- Offline Activation: Tracking all of offline marketing in terms of vendor performance, cost related metric and process optimization.

- Product hygiene: Collaborate with global team to ensure OYO App & Web are fully functional and error-free; swift identification on any technical issue and raise accordingly.

- Market Research: to support on building user insight & segmentation to improve targeting performance

- To support on implementing partnership activities, cultivate strategic relationships with clients, partners & guests through multi-platform marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition which ultimately turn into revenue.

-  To monitor, analyze, & evaluate product performance & consumers' feedbacks



- 2 to 3 years experience working in marketing related field either digital marketing, affiliate & offline marketing, especially in merchandising and campaign management.

- Highly analytical and performance-driven individual

- Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual equipped with ability to cope with uncertain, complex, ambiguous and fast-changing environment.

- Excellent in communication and presentation skill and able to communicate with senior stakeholders
