 You use the right sales techniques and you are responsible for achieving given targets;
 You communicate with the customer in a friendly and professional way;
 You adhere to the protocols and processes laid by the organization
 You work to create a positive working atmosphere on the floor;
 You show empathy towards the customer so that they feel understood and you offer them the right service;
 You can switch with customers with a business profile;
 You know how to interpret collected information and you can draw the right conclusion from it;

 You possess knowledge and skills in your field, apply them effectively, and maintain this knowledge;
