 Who You Are: 

  • You are somene who can build and implement efficient and scalable on-boarding and orientation programs and processes which can be deployed across different locales in Europe.
  • Establish scalable service level agreements in conjunction with teams in HQ.
  • Provide transactional services to employees throughout their entire life cycle including creating contracts and addendums, employment letters and certificates.
  • Record and maintain accurate employee data records.
  • Ensure legal and statutory compliance across our offices in Europe.
  • Act as a POC for monthly payroll liaison.
  • Operate as subject matter expert and key user on HRIS adoption for the region.
  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement.
  • You can lead and develop a multi-location team.

What You Need: 

  • University degree or equivalent higher education
  • Fluent in English (read, written) and German (read); any additional language would be a distinct advantage (French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch)
  • Good knowledge of local and/or EU employment legislation, experience with international payroll management is required
  • 7+ years of HR experience in a professional services or online environment with international operations
  • Tech savvy, and specialised knowledge of HR systems (Oracle) and digital document management software (DocuSign)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Capable to build a service from scratch and work collaboratively with employees based in different locales
  • Occasional business travel to local offices
  • *OYO will provide a relocation package where needed.
