Your responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain strong relationships with different OTAs.
  • Initiate business development locally as well outside our usual clusters and drive successful execution to achieve results.
  • Lead and support negotiation and closing of different types of OTAs deals across the region.
  • Formulating and positioning solutions: you enjoy creating "win-win" situations for OTAs, hotels and parties involved by matching needs to relevant offerings and presenting these in compelling ways.
  • Commercial mindset, you know the key points of each property as well as what is important for guests in today’s demanding market so you are able to bridge the gap.
  • Communicate effectively: you can clearly express ideas and information to others and flex your style according to the specific situation and audience.
  • Collaborate closely with the relevant stakeholders to build and maintain relationships in Europe, globally and with the HQ in India to make sure that processes and workflows are seamless and efficient.
  • Regular follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Availability to travel to attend different fair trades and workshops, as well as to visit our current and potential partners.


Desired Skills & Experience


  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales and negotiation roles within e-commerce industry (travel industry strongly preferred).
  • Fluent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Pro-active, sense of responsibility and can work independently.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills (phone and face2face).
  • Team player, enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • You already have a work permit to work in Spain.
