The Trainer needs to have a working knowledge of Housekeeping, Front office, understanding of F & B operations as well hotel financials.


The Responsibilities of the trainer include:

  • ¬†Ensuring effective delivery of the various training programs as per OYO standards (Functional as well as soft skills).
  • Conducting Training needs analysis in the hotels allocated and conducting On the job performance coaching for the staff on the basis of the TNA.
  • Coordinating with the various departments for data management & upload.
  • Coordinating with various departments to identify & solve issues at hotels.
  • Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports as required.
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Manage costs for the allocated areas.
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training.
  • Record and report feedback and analysis.
  • Take care of Admin tasks such as staff attendance, logistical support & planning & R&M at the areas allocated to ensure smooth operation.
