The Position:

Head Operations role will require you to monitor, analyze and improve the efficiency of business. You will be managing quality, timelines and stakeholders while initiating new processes to improve the customer experience.


  • Leading the Operational efficiency of the business and continuously exploring ways to improve the processes
  • Taking ownership and driving metrics of customer experience – percentage delight, percentage unhappy
  • Running projects to deliver a superior consumer experience
  • Rigorous monitoring and performance management of the operations teams
  • Guiding the operations team to ensure a seamless and effective elevation of the properties to OYO standards in the least possible time
  • Engaging with different stakeholders remotely– vendors, property owners, local and central cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence
  • Driving initiatives to increase the overall supply
  • Take and drive decisions across offline demand, Supply, customer experience with the right balance

The  must have‘s:  

  • Ability to engage with different stakeholders and building operational capabilities
  • Executing complex operations and solving problems persistently and at lightning speed
  • Ability to network with hotel owners, corporates and open additional structured channels of
  • demand
  • Team leadership of at least 5 people under management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executing operational excellence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in business writing
  • Capable of working in complex environment and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Track record in hospitality sector is a big plus
  • University degree and English fluency
  • We are looking for candidates that live in Germany and are eligible to work in Germany. We don't provide visa sponsorship.
