The Position:

This is a blank canvas. This is challenging but also extremely exciting! We are looking for someone who will be responsible here in Berlin for overseeing smooth operations of all office-based tasks to create a unique and memorable office culture. We need someone who is forward thinking, creative and is passionate about cultivating an exceptional workplace culture. Someone who is well connected in the service industry to be able to establish local partnerships would be a plus and but a strong customer care background is a must. Lastly, we are looking for someone who can establish an Office Manager Communication Group across all European offices, creating standards across Europe and sharing best practices.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition process: (scheduling interviews if needed, greet candidates at the door)

  • Support Internal logistics: Coordidate travel and accommodation plans for the Berlin Team and our international team when coming to the Berlin office.

  • Human Resources: Supporting onboarding for all new employees, creating an “Employees Benefits Program” (creating local partnerships, local discounts, restaurant tickets, memberships, helping us attract talent like you!, etc.)


  • Tech Savvy: Liaison for all IT. Are to order necessary electronics for each employee on time and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Blank Canvas: Creating our office culture: community lunches, organising team events

  • Accounting: Helping with expense reports

  • You are bilingual. Both German and English (German being priority).
