  • Exponentially grow the number of followers, audience network and engagement on social media channels through creative content and by supporting internal team with their program (partnership, promotion, campaign or event
  • Understand the overall Brand voice/tone and represent the same on every touch point, at the same time working closely with the central social/brand team
  • Take initiative in suggesting ideas, be it related to content, brand or promotion/partnership
  • Excellent knowledge of Social Media promotions is a key aspect to excel in this role
  • Maintaining Blog content
  • Identify and measure the key metrics on social media and share the learning report with the team every week/month
  • Knowledge of social tools & GA
  • Keep a track of competition, new trends etc


Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Have experience min. 5 year in a social media area
  • Have good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Content
  • Required skill(s): Social Media Skill, Social Media Tools, Internet Handling, Microsoft Office, KOL, Content strategic, Planning, and scheduling.
  • Excellent in creative mindset, energetic, innovative, easy going, fast response, have a good analytical thinking
  • Love to meet new people, discuss, and always want to learn something new.
