SALES EXCELLENCE INTERNSHIP

Responsibilities:

  • End to end responsibility of smooth operations functioning of whole condominium, 200+ units
  • Run a Flagship like a full-fledged business and handle P&L 1-1.5 Crores
  • Drive profitability through streamlined operations, boosting demand through local channels and seamless guest experience
  • Ability to manage and handle property staff (FO, HK, Admin, Accountant, Vendors etc)
  • Ability to take and drive decisions across offline demand, customer experience, cash management with the right balance 
  • Data driven decision making, good with setting up MIS/review processes, ability to use analytics for nuanced decision making
  • Manage regulations, community stakeholders and local social and political dynamics  

Requirements:

  • Willing to commit to the intern position for at least one month, with the possibility of a longer internship available.
  • Willing to learn and get hands-on experience.
  • Able to commit at least 5 days a week to be physically present in the office or site. Work occasionally during weekends for events.
  • Strong writing skills /multitasking and organisational skills
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • Strong presentation skills (on phone/ in person)
  • Computer Skills ( Powerpoint , MS publisher , Indesign or other publishing / design software is a plus)
  • Being creative by providing new ways to market to potential clients / serve existing clients better
  • Strong work ethics and takes direction well and also manages projects on own

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INTERNSHIP

Responsibilities:

  • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
  • Organize and maintain IT resources
  • Day-to-day execution of engagements and projects.
  • Perform analytical reviews and conduct research across multiple department.
  • Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as acting autonomously as appropriate.
  • Help launch new initiatives.
  • May perform additional task upon request.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major or a related field.
  • Willing to commit to the intern position for at least two month, with the possibility of a longer internship available.
  • Willing to learn and get hands-on experience.
  • Able to commit at least 5 days a week to be physically present in the office or site. Work occasionally during weekends for events.

OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP

Responsibilities:

  • You support OYO’s operations excellence team with shaping local partner and guest satisfaction strategy
  • You execute high priority initiatives that have significant impact on supply growth
  • You bridge the gap between the ground and HQ team to maximise team efficiency
  • You take ownership of performance improvement initiatives that strengthen our partner’s relationships
  • You have a hands-on approach and love going into details to better understand and shape solution to our daily operational issues

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Science or similar qualifications. Preferably final year students where we can convert into FTE at the end of their internship. CGPA not critical. min >3.0
  • MUST be actively involved outside of academic scope: music, sports, volunteer work activities, competitions, student leadership councils etc.
  • Willing to commit to the intern position for at least one month, with the possibility of a longer internship available.
  • Can read and write good English. Will be tested on malay, mandarin, cantonese (if stated)
  • Past working experience is not compulsory, but it'll be a plus
  • Candidate should have grit, and does not easily give up when the going gets tough
