WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

  • Home management of around 30-50 in assigned cluster/area
  • Ensuring great guest experience at the properties in the portfolio
  • Cleanliness Room and laundry collection
  • Operation expenditure management
  • Being physically present to perform check-in & check-out of guest
  • Collect payments from guests during chec
  • Actively participate and support Premier Banking activities for customer’ acquisition and retention
  • Provide advisory and financial planning assistance to customers in terms of portfolio Management.
  • Acquisition of new Bank to customers to increase our Premier base.
  • To ensure strict compliance to all standard SOPs set by the Bank.

WHO SHOULD JOIN US?

  • Candidate must at least possess a SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent with proven track record.
  • PC/ Microsoft Office literate with good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hotelier related roles are welcome to apply
  • Possess pleasant personality and versatile.
  • Able to interact with customers from all walks of life.
  • Confident and sociable in character.
