Who are you?

  • You have graduated from any stream related to architecture, interior design, civil engineering
  • You have a sginificant work experience managing refurbishment projects and fit-outs with on-site project management. You have proven that you have a keen eye for details, can foster new strategic partnerships and manage involved stakeholders while optimizing resources and planning for contingencies.
  • You are an excellent communicator in German and English (both verbal and written)
  • You take strong and proactive ownership and have a hands-on / solution-oriented mindset
  • You are reliable, trustworthy and act in a professional manner
  • You have an EU work permit

What will you do?

Before any new hotel becomes part of the OYO platform, it has to undergo an exhaustive makeover. This transformation forms the backbone of our core value promise of providing a standardized experience for all travelers. ‘Transformers’ – as people who work in this function are often called, are therefore custodians of standardization for OYO and the key drivers of successful property launches.

You will lead audits in identified prospective properties:

  • Analyze against predetermined standards and submit a feasibility report
  • Calculate cost and timeline estimates for converting audited property into OYO hotel
  • You will optimize operations and cost of transformation process
  • Manage contractors involved in the transformation process and collaborate extensively with all internal and external stakeholders for flawless execution
  • Plan for optimal inventory and delivery timelines of goods and services
  • Prioritize on-ground activities to ensure all property launches on time
