Who are you?

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting of top talent, preferably in a tech / startup-environment
  • You have managerial experience
  • You have detailed knowledge of German labor and employment tax law as well as social insurance
  • You are familiar with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
  • You are an excellent communicator in German and English (both verbal and written)
  • You have ideally gained international experience
  • You are always curious, creative, and self-motivated to deliver outstanding performance
  • You take strong and proactive ownership and have a hands-on / solution-oriented mindset
  • You are reliable, trustworthy and act in a professional manner
  • You have an EU work permit 

What will you do?

  • You will be in charge of the sourcing & recruiting plan for Germany and create a candidate pipeline
  • You will act as the sparring partner for EU Head of Recruitment and the Launch team of OYO
  • You will plan and execute phone and in-person interviews
  • You will shape and optimize our recruiting processes actively to ensure a positive experience for our candidates. This includes the use of up-to-date techniques in sourcing suitable candidates via different channels and direct-search
  • You will attend networking events, meetups and build up your own network
