OYO is seeking a talented, highly motivated, analytical and customer-obsessed individual to join OYO’s affiliate & influencer marketing team (OYO-PRO) as a Program Manager based in Gurugram.


OYO-PRO is a key and integral part of OYO’s marketing mix that brings new customers to OYO, drives existing customers to discover new products or programs and increase customer loyalty. OYO-PRO enables our partners (from content websites and social influencers to large portals) to monetize their online traffic by referring customers to OYO.


The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to create and execute effective online marketing strategies, test and launch new tactics in India and international markets, interface with senior stakeholders, measure results and optimize against efficiency and topline targets. As the channel grows in size and sophistication, the team is looking for top-notch marketers who can create a set of channel strategies specific to Influencers, Travel & Tourism categories, execute a set of well-structured tests, deploy campaigns, and optimize performance over time against a clear set of measurable goals.


· This individual will manage affiliates efforts designed to drive a mix of revenue generation, new customer acquisition and high-value actions, such as generating traffic, mobile app installs and recurring bookings.


· A successful candidate will need to both see the big picture and be able/willing to execute rapidly. S/he will have proven success in driving substantial results, ideally, in B2C eCommerce customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation



· Create and scale innovative affiliates initiatives for Travel and Tourism across different segments (Content & Blog, Deal, and Coupon sites, Ad networks, price comparison shopping engines), especially influencers.

· Identify, recruit and manage associates accounts related to Travel and Tourism.

· Identify trends and new technology in mobile, influencer partnerships and customer engagement to help us stay ahead of the curve

· Track, measure, and report on channel results, reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs and translating analytical findings into actionable insights and concise business actions and recommendations



· +4 years of relevant work experience in marketing, e-commerce and/or a highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environment

· Understanding of social media landscape

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Math/Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar field

· Experience in travel, tourism or retail environment, managing acquisition, demand-generation, engagement, and/or retention-focused programs across diverse channels (SEM, SEO, Affiliate, cross-site, email, etc.).

· High proficiency in Excel

· Strong project management and organization skills

· Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment; ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment


· Proficiency in SQL and other analytics tools and web traffic reporting

· Experience in Affiliate and Influencer growth

· Experience in managing large-scale marketing programs
