 WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

  • Generation of home leads through local sources like developers, real estate agents, brokers, recee etc
  • Daily ground recee in assigned area to find home owners or above mentioned lead generation sources
  • Negotiate OYO’s commercial agreement with interested owners and sign-up their apartments
  • Daily reporting to area BD manager to discuss on the progress of assigned supply targets
  • Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams across organisation.

 WHO SHOULD JOIN US?  

  • Minimum 1 years of overall experience of on-ground sales, operations and BD
  • Target oriented individual, client facing and willingness to work on field as and when required
  • Hardworking, energetic, intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation is must to have skill
  • Local geographical area knowledge and able to converse in local is a MUST
