Your responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain strong relationships with different OTAs: understand processes to follow to get properties live, keep track on them and make sure different steps are properly followed.
  • Provide OTAs with all the documentation about our hotels and ensure consistency in all the information.
  • Efficiently drive properties from A to Z, taking a process driven approach.
  • Own OTA working flows, maintain them and proactively implement improvements.
  • Manage large data in short periods of time and distribute it efficiently.
  • Responsible for copy writing appealing and atractive content for our properties.
  • Ensure that content is truthful, accurate and that matches OYO quality standards.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with the relevant stakeholders to build and maintain relationships in Europe, globally and with the HQ in India to make sure that processes and workflows are seamless and efficient.
  • Regular follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsibility for getting the online product ready for an entire country within turnaround time.


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service/back office support roles within e-commerce industry (travel industry strongly preferred).
  • Fluent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with large data sets and able to drive meaningful insights from data.
  • Pro-active, sense of responsibility and can work independently.
  • Accurate and an eye for detail.
  • Team player, enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • You already have a work permit to work in Spain.
